Both phones have 256MB ROM and 128MB RAM. Connectivity 802.11b / g WiFi, SiRF Star III GPS, Bluetooth, miniUSB port and a microSD card slot. X960 digital camera has a 3.2 MP camera and the ability of the DX650 only 2Mpix.
However DX650 has its own advantages, which screens on both sides (front and rear). The first side is decorated by a monochrome OLED screen measuring 1.27 inches with a resolution of 128 x 96 pixels located above the numeric keypad, while the other side uses 2.8-inch QVGA touch screen.
